Best Sleep Aid Ever - Cured Night Terrors
I've been taking Sleep Tonight for the past few months and feel compelled to share my story. I am a 41 year-old woman and have been suffering from night terrors for the past 15 years. They came on after a lifestyle change and nothing I tried ever helped. I likely tried every natural sleep aid on the market (don't do OTC's) and they either didn't work, made them worse, or made me very groggy the next morning. My night terrors get so bad that my screaming wakes up my neighbors. I occasionally jump out of bed and run across the room. Not good. This happened almost every night. After researching the issue for the umpteenth time someone on a forum mentioned how stress levels may contribute to night terrors. I know that I internalize my stress and thought, well, let's see what's out there when I found Sleep Tonight. The first 3 nights were a little rough, but my instinct told me to keep trying. After 3 nights, everything came together. I sleep through the night now and I haven't had a night terror since August of this year. It's unbelievable. Simply unbelievable.
