Worn discreetly inside during daily activities, they give you the most complete intimate workout, helping you to locate your PC muscles (pelvic floor muscles) and providing a solid object for you to flex around for more effective strengthening. Within each exerciser is a weighted ball that responds to your body's movements, causing gentle kinetic vibrations to help prompt your pelvic floor muscles to contract and relax as you walk around.

For the most advanced level: For those using a 48g/1.3oz exerciser and seeking a more advanced training, you have the option to increase your weight by using two exercisers worn together. For example, combine a 48g/1.7oz exerciser with either a 28g/1oz or 38g/1.3oz exerciser by linking their retraction cords. Stay in great shape with Intimina's weight combinations!

Grear for after pregnancy
I just had my first child at 30 years old. After my 6 week check up, the Dr suggested I try these to help strengthen and tone my muscles. I was skeptical at first but after a couple uses, I can see such a change in my muscle tone. I highly recommend these for post partum recovery!

Kegel Exerciser.
I came across this product recently and found it interesting. Tried this for sometime and found the difference in my pelvic floor muscles. It has tightened and now i can hold on going to bathroom and little leakages easily for a little longer time. Its very easy to wear and use, offer an easy and effective way of strengthening the muscles of the pelvic floor. Intimidating looking but works well
This product is very intimidating at first glance but after using it it works very well and if you follow the directions is easy to follow. This product can really help with several different problems that many women face. You really have to get this product shot and continue using it for some time before you notice a different.

A Must Have For Every Woman
This little wonder product is a must for every woman wanting to be healthy and a little bonus during intimacy! It is comfortable, discreet and easy to do...after my second or third use I could feel a marked change in overall muscle control. It is amazing how this little exercise device has helped me to have more fun in the bedroom too. It enables to make changes strength-wise internally for added pleasure for your partner and increased the level of climax to a whole new level! This would also be a great device for those who experience some bladder leakage as it enables to be more "toned" internally to control muscles to virtually eliminate leakage.
