Works for me & not much has.
Most calcium supplements (pill form and some liquid forms) constipate me. This combo of calcium+magnesium seems to work for me. And I like the blueberry flavor best. Orange is pretty good, too, but it tastes more like grapefruit to me. Older bottles seem to list serving size as 1 TBS. where the newer ones seem to list it as 2 TBS. Not sure why. 2 TBS. administers well above 100% of Daily Value and more than the body can absorb in one dose, so I don't take a full 2TBS. Usually I take 1 TBS. in the morning...and sometimes take an extra 1/2 TBS. in evening.
