food based
I like this brand for my elderly mother-in-law who has a very sensitive stomach. Supplements can irritate her stomach so was looking for a food based product that was reasonably priced. This has worked well.

I like Rainblow Light because they are food based at a great price.

good if you're sensitive to calcium
i didn't take calcium for years because of a history of kidney stones, but since this is food-based i thought it might be safer and it seems to be so. i've been taking it for years.
