A jumbo dual-ended pencil designed to highlight the eye area.

  • Highlights the inner corner of the eye.
  • May be used to line the eyes, and highlight above the brow bone or cheekbone.
  • Instantly wakes up tired eyes and gives eyes a lift.

Tips

  • Use on the cupid's bow to make lips appear fuller.
  • The white end, when applied to the inside of the eye ledge, makes the eye appear bigger and brighter.
  • The pink end, when applied to the inside of the eye ledge, gives a soft, radiant effect, especially with green eyes.
  • Always sharpen the Eye Highlighter Pencil before use for sanitation.
  • Gently press the tip of the Eye Highlighter Pencil to the inner corner of the eye, and apply as desired. Be careful not to get in the eye.
  • Sharpen if necessary throughout application.
  • Always sharpen Eye Highlighter Pencil after use for sanitation.
