Directions for Use: One softgel, two times daily. Take in the middle of a larger meal with an 8 oz. glass of water.

Great for controlling hot flashes
Since I have been taking estrotone I have noticed that I don't get hot flashes as often or as bad. I also think it has helped me to control my weight. I do not think it has any side effects either. You take 1 pill twice a day with a meal. The pill is a softgel capsule that is easy to take. I am very happy with this product and will keep buying it.
