- Use Lip Stain/Gloss separately or layer PureGloss on top for a fuller lips look. Muted, glossy colors make small lips look larger.
Place the sponge tip applicator directly to the lip and apply. Allow stain to dry. After lip stain is dry, apply a sheer layer of lip gloss directly to lips.
