Favorite prenatal yet!
This is my third pregnancy, and first time trying these prenatal vitamins. I usually use the Rainbow Light Complete, which I also think is a good one, but it tends to make me constipated. I love that the you only need to take 3 (small) tabs instead of 6. I actually ran out of these a few weeks ago and purchased the Rainbow Light Complete again because it was a little bit cheaper, but I've instantly noticed that my BMs are not as "easy" as normal (sorry if this is too much information!!). I look fwd to finishing out my Rainbow Light and purchasing these ones again.
