Hard-to-Swallow Tablets
I bought these for my 12-year old son, who was starting to show first signs of acne. He doesn't eat a lot of vegetables and has a pretty limited diet, so I thought these were a good choice for him. He usually does really well swallowing tablets, but these are huge and the dose is three at a time. He had a really hard time swallowing them and about 1/2 of them ended up in the sink (he really did try). There were no measurable positive effects (like acne clearing up), so we moved on to another vitamin. I do think the list of ingredients is worth while.
