For the temporary relief of minor occasional sleep difficulties due to simple nervous tension and irritability.

Supplement Facts

Serving Size: 1 tablet
Servings per Container: 100

Directions for Use: Standard Dosage: Adults and children 12 years and older: 3 tablets per day, taking 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours. For children under 12 years, consult your healthcare provider. Initial Dosage: Adults and children 12 years and older: 1 tablet every ½ to 1 hour until symptoms lessen,then continue with standard dosage. Do not exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours. For children under 12 years, consult your healthcare provider. Allow tablets to dissolve completely in the mouth, do not swallow.

Active Ingredients
Each 300 mg contains: Avena sativa 2X 0.6 mg, Passiflora incarnata 2X 0.6 mg, Zincum valerianicum 4X 0.6 mg, Coffea cruda 12X 0.6 mg.

Inactive Ingredients
Lactose USP, Magnesium stearate USP.
