Tension Release works to aid the body in reducing an overreactionary stress response.
A customer came in looking for a practitioner to talk to. She was in tears as she explained her potential divorce, parents' sickness, anxiety and menopausal symptoms. All seemed like too much to deal with and when combined could result in panic attacks. She had an appt with her doctor to go over her hormone fluctuations but it wasn't for another month.
This customer was not looking to be sold a bunch of products, she was looking for something to help keep her grounded until she spoke to her doctor.
We spoke of her other pharmaceutical prescriptions and I discussed Tension Release by Megafood with the pharmacists, who felt it should not interact.
I encouraged the customer to take 1 in the morning and if she felt like she needed it she could do an additional one later if it was an overwhelming day.
Tension release works with adaptogen herbs, Ashwaganda and Reishi mushroom to teach the adrenal glands to not overreact to stress. While the Skullcap and Lemon Balm are calming herbs with a nutritive effect on the central nervous system as opposed to just depressing the function of the CNS.
Three days later I had a visit from a lovely, smiling woman who came directly up to me and said she was coming in to give my requested feedback on her purchase. She found that the Tension Release was working incredibly well at helping to keep her balanced throughout the day and not overreacting when things got stressful.
