Get Your Vitamin B!
I have been reading about Vitamin B and how important it is. It is also absorbed better by mouth than taking a pill. I tried Pharmaca's brand for the first time last summer, and I love their vitamin B complex! It tastes great and I really feel a boost when I take it. I also have my husband taking it on a daily basis as well. Great product at a great price!
