Directions for Use: One capsule two to three times daily, or as otherwise directed by a health-care practitioner.

Other Directions: "This product does not contain wheat, gluten, corn, yeast, soy, egg, dairy products, or artificial colors, sweeteners, or flavors. This product also does not contain lactose, palmitic acid, or magnesium, calcium, or vegetable stearates.

Doses of vitamin B6 above 200 mg may inhibit breast milk production.
High dose vitamin B6 supplementation (as pyridoxine HCl >500 mg daily long term) has resulted in reversible neuropathies in some individuals. There have been no case reports of neuropathies with pyridoxal 5'-phosphate use."
