I Increased my D levels in just 1 month!
I must say that I was very surprised to hear from my doctor that I was severely deficient in vitamin D. I told her to give me some time to try my own methods first and I decided to try taking large doses (8000mg/day) of MegaFood's vitamin D since I am a strict vegetarian and there are no other vegetarian D's available in my store. In just 1 month my levels were back to normal and are now exceeding the minimum requirements! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to know that their D is being absorbed.
