Cured my chronic bladder infections
I've had chronic UTIs since middle school, and mannose has finally solved the problem. I take a big dose of this when I feel a UTI occurring, and the pain quickly goes away. For about six months, I took a dose of mannose every week or two, and I didn't get any UTIs during that time.
