Medical Care

- Available to Team Members who work 24 hours or more per week.

Dental Care

- Two free cleanings a year are covered.

Vision Plan
- Pharmaca offers the Vision Service Plan (VSP).
Paid Time Off Bank
- Team Members are eligible after working 90 days.
- Part-time employees working a minimum of 16 hours a week also receive PTO.
- Full-time Team Members receive almost 2 weeks their first year.
401K Plan
- Features a regular 401K and Roth 401K.
- Team members will be automatically enrolled at the next open enrollment period after working for 3 months at 3% of pay unless they opt out .
- There are over twelve funds to choose from.
- Enrollment periods occur quarterly.
