Pharmaca is proud to offer international shipping to more than 200 countries and several US Territories in partnership with FedEx Cross Border.

About FedEx Cross Border

FedEx Cross Border enables merchants like us to safely accept international orders and provide a seamless shopping experience to customers around the world.

FedEx Cross Border accepts a variety of international currencies. They offer customized payment options based on your country selection. When you place an order, FedEx Cross Border calculates and displays a guaranteed order total. Shipping fees, any applicable duties/taxes and shipment insurance will clearly display in your currency of choice when you complete your purchase. There are no additional charges when the product arrives at your door.

You can rest assured your order will be delivered quickly and reliably when you order from Pharmaca. FedEx Cross Border creates a single, unified tracking number that combines multiple tracking details into one reference point. With your unified tracking, you can track your order from the time it leaves our warehouse all the way to its destination.

International order and shipping information

Pharmaca currently offers international shipping to more than 200 countries and several US Territories in partnership with FedEx Cross Border.

We ship most items within 2-4 business days after you place your order. The delivery timeframe may vary according to the destination and the shipping option you selected at when you place your order. Each option has a different average delivery time.

  • International Express – Shipments are delivered in 1–5 days after it leaves our International shipping facility.
  • International Economy – Shipments are delivered in 3–15 days after it leaves our International shipping facility.

These shipping timeframes are in addition to the standard shipping time for an item to arrive at the international shipping facility from the Pharmaca warehouse.

Note: If you are shipping an order to an APO/FPO/DPO or Puerto Rico address, please use our US site to place an order.

Shipping charges

Shipping rates and fees will vary based on the item and shipping destination.

International shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your desired service level (International Economy or International Express), item type and quantity, total weight of your order and the destination’s postal code. Additional charges related to shipping, duties, or tax are available at checkout for review before you complete your purchase.

Restrictions

Items available for international shipping vary depending on the delivery address. Please review the following restrictions for international orders:

  • Some items are not eligible for international shipping due to customs and import restrictions. See below for a full list of brands we are unable to ship internationally:
    • Avéne
    • Dr. Bronner's
    • Emergen-C
    • Klorane
    • jane iredale
  • Our system may prompt you to remove an item from your shopping cart if your destination country does not permit import of that item.
  • We cannot ship orders totaling more than $25,000. If you order multiple items totaling over $25,000, please place separate orders with each order totaling under $25,000.

International pricing

At checkout, Duty & VAT charges are combined; you may still see an amount on that line if duties apply to your order.

At checkout, your order will include an International Service Fee, which covers any additional fulfillment costs to international destinations. This fee is included to help us provide a wider range of products and a higher level of service for our international customers. We are constantly working to improve our systems to help reduce these charges.

Insurance

Shipment insurance protects your order against damage or loss while your order is in transit. You can purchase shipment insurance for 2% of your order’s cost, covering the value of your entire order. This insurance is automatically included at checkout. To opt out of this service, click “Remove” next to the Insurance field before you submit your order.

The employees who process your order are thoroughly trained and evaluated on proper packaging methods to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition. However, we encourage our customers to utilize our insurance program to protect any accidental damage. Without insurance, you may not file a claim for any loss or damage that occurred during the international shipping process.

  • Duties
  • Taxes
  • Currency Risk

Shipping internationally from the US

If you are located in the US and would like to ship an order to an international recipient, you must use our International Checkout. When you are ready to checkout, click on the International Shipping button, which will take you to International Checkout, and select the destination country. You will receive a guaranteed order total for your international order, including all customs tariffs, taxes and international shipping charges. You can still pay in US dollars and use a US credit card.

FAQs

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we have a very small timeframe between receiving and fulfilling your order, at this time, you cannot change or cancel your order once it is submitted.

Can I use a coupon, promotional code, or special shipping offer?

Unless otherwise stated in the offer's Terms and Conditions, most Pharmaca coupons and discounts will apply to international orders. Shipping offers do not apply.

Can I ship to multiple addresses on the same order?

Currently, our international fulfillment vendor cannot accept multiple shipping addresses. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

How to place an international order

Use the international checkout button on the cart page. You will be transferred to our partner, Bongo. Your order total, including all customs, taxes and shipping will be displayed at checkout.
Please ensure the item is not listed as backordered or out of stock. Pharmaca is unable to ship backordered or out of stock items to international customers at this time.

Please note:

  • An order confirmation will appear on your screen with your invoice and order number.
  • Once your order is accepted, we will send you an Order Confirmation email with a tracking link at the bottom of the email. We recommend printing a copy of your Order Confirmation page for your records.
  • FedEx Cross Border will bill you for your purchase once your order is placed.

International payment options

When you place an order through our international checkout, FedEx Cross Border processes any financial transactions.

FedEx Cross Border accepts a variety of international currencies and credit cards. Our system will automatically show you all accepted payment options at checkout based on your selected billing address.

Our most common payment methods for international orders include:

  • MasterCard

  • Diners Club International
  • JBC
  • BC Card
  • PayPal
  • Other credit cards

At this time we cannot accept PayPal Credit (formerly Bill Me Later), Pharmaca Gift Cards, Money Orders, Checks, Cash on Delivery (COD) or any other payment option not listed at checkout.

When will you bill my credit card?

FedEx Cross Border will process the charge immediately after your order is placed.

How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?

Any transactions processed by FedEx Cross Border will appear as FedEx Cross BorderEU LONDON GB.

Order status and tracking

We ship most items within 2–4 business days after you place your order. The delivery timeframe may vary according to the destination and the shipping option you selected when you placed your order.

  • International Express – Shipments are delivered 1–5 days after leaving our International shipping facility.
  • International Economy – Shipments are delivered 3–15 days after leaving our International shipping facility.

These shipping timeframes are estimated from the international shipping facility to your shipping address. They do not include the shipping time from our warehouse to the facility.

Once we accept your order, we will assign a Unified Tracking Number to your shipment. FedEx Cross Border combines multiple carrier tracking updates into a single master tracking number you can access using the Unified Tracking link in the email order confirmation. We will include this link with your order confirmation and ship confirmation emails.

Haven’t Received Your Order?

If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, or you did not receive your order when tracking shows it was delivered, please contact payment@bongous.com.

Return and refund policy

At this time, we are unable to process returns for international orders except in the case of defective product. For items damaged in transit, you will need to contact FedEx Cross Border directly.

In the case of a defective item, we will replace your item after you return the original item back to us. You must return items in with all original materials included with the shipment. We inspect all returned items to determine the defect. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Return policy rules and exceptions

Products returned after 30 Days

Because products decrease in value over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned more than 30 days after delivery. In addition, we may reduce the refund further based on the condition of the merchandise. We also deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund, as described in the Returns Policy.

Exchanges and replacements

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges or replacements for international orders. If you wish to make an exchange or need a replacement, you must return the original item back to us and place a new order for a replacement item. For assistance, please click here to contact us.
