What is Feel Better Rewards?
Feel Better Rewards is a loyalty program available to all Pharmaca customers. The more you spend, the more cash back you earn to shop at Pharmaca.

How are Feel Better Rewards earned on prescriptions?
For each prescription you fill or refill at Pharmaca, you will earn $1 in Feel Better Rewards. This amount will be added on to any amount that you earned through retail purchases. For example: If you spend $100 and filled three prescriptions during an earning period, you will get $6 in Feel Better Rewards to spend at Pharmaca (3% back on the $100 plus $1 for each prescription).

What is the earning time period?
Earning periods are three-month intervals: January to March, April to June, July to September, and October to December. Purchase amounts are accumulated during each of these three-month periods. At the end of an earning period, your Feel Better Rewards will be calculated based on your retail and pharmacy activity, and your reward will be either sent to you via email or direct mail!
When will I receive my rewards?
Rewards are distributed quarterly, in the month immediately following an earning period. If you earned rewards during a quarter, look for your coupon around the third or fourth week of April, July, October or January.
How are Feel Better Rewards calculated?
In addition to receiving $1 for each prescription filled, the rewards you earn will be based on the amount you spend on qualifying non-prescription items as shown on the following page. When you reach a spending threshold, you will receive a 3% dividend for that that amount. Any additional amount of spending will be rolled over in your account for the next quarterly reward, so you will be able to continue earning off that amount. To be eligible for rewards, you must spend at least $70 on qualifying retail items or fill at least three prescriptions per quarter. Rewards will not be earned on merchandise that has been returned. Points cannot be awarded for the purchase of pharmacy items covered by Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare or any other government-funded healthcare program
Members can earn a maximum reward of $100 each quarter. Point and spending balances will continue to roll over to the next earning period until a reward level is reached. If the reward level is not reached within 365 days, points accumulated will expire.
Is there any spending minimum or threshold to meet to earn a reward in a period?
Yes, you must fill at least three prescriptions or spend at least $70 on retail items during an earning period to earn a reward. Points cannot be awarded for the purchase of pharmacy items covered by Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare or any other government-funded healthcare program
How will I receive my Feel Better Rewards?
At the conclusion of each earning period, we will calculate earned rewards and email you a notice with your name and reward information that you will bring to the store to redeem your reward. If you did not provide an email address at sign up, your reward notice will be mailed to you. In keeping with our green philosophy, we encourage you to provide your email address at registration.
Do I need my Feel Better Rewards Card to redeem my rewards certificate?
Yes, you must have your Feel Better Rewards Card or the phone number on your account at the time of reward redemption. You can also store your member ID in the Pharmaca mobile app. Stores can you look you up by name, if necessary. This requirement helps ensure that your reward is redeemed by you.
How can I apply my Feel Better Rewards coupon online?
Rewards coupons can be applied to online orders by calling Customer Service at 877-328-2680. Orders will be manually adjusted by one of our representatives. Please have your coupon available as your coupon number will be required. Orders cannot be adjusted after they are placed.
Where can I go to see my rewards status?
Log on to pharmaca.com. Set up your account and create a password so you can go in and review and manage your account. If you need help, please call 1-877-765-7427 or contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you signed up before you attempt your first login.
What if I need to change my name, address, phone number or email?
You can update your mailing address and other information by updating your profile at pharmaca.com or by emailing email@example.com or by calling 1.877.765.7427.
How many people in my household can participate?
As many as you like! While we will only provide you with two key tags as part of the program, you can always give the phone number associated with the account when you check out.
What can I buy with my Feel Better Rewards?
You can purchase any non-prescription retail items you would normally buy at Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy, including sale items. You cannot use your rewards for a co-pay, a prescription, postage, gift cards or online.
I am on pharmaca.com and do not see one of my transactions. Where is it?
It may take up to 14 days for transactions to post to your account. If it has been longer than that, you may contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-877-765-7427.
What if I lose my Feel Better Rewards card?
You can use your phone # as your Feel Better Rewards identifier. Or, you can contact customer service for a new card.
