Our store teams are made up of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, practitioners—including naturopathic doctors, homeopaths, nutritionists, herbalists, estheticians—and many more. We offer a robust training curriculum that helps team members keep up on the latest in integrative medicine while moving their careers forward.

An environmentally friendly work environment
- Our stores are built with eco-friendly materials such as bamboo floors, low-VOC paint and recycled carpet.
- Our uniforms are made out of organic cotton.
Medical care
- We offer three diverse plans to fit your specific needs, and you only have to work 24 hours per week consistently to get coverage.
- Many doctors are available through a broad PPO network.
- We support complementary and alternative modalities through offering coverage of services by naturopathic doctors, massage therapists and others.
- You can use the Flex Pay plan to save pre-tax money for eligible health care expenses.
Dental and vision care
- You pick your dentist, and the plan covers two cleanings per year—free! Other basic services are covered at 70 percent.
- The Vision Service Plan (VSP) covers eye exams and lenses every 12 months.
Paid time off
- You determine how you want to use your paid time off, as it’s accrued in a “bank” and you use it however it fits your life needs.
- Full-time Team Members begin accruing paid time off within the first 90 days of their hire date, and they get up to almost 2 weeks the first year.
- Part-time employees working a minimum of 16 hours a week are also eligible for PTO.
401K Plan
- We offer a regular 401K and Roth 401K, with 19 different funds to choose from.
- You may set aside up to 15% of your pay or up to the IRS limit.
Educational opportunities
- Each Team Member can use up to $500 for education of approved courses each year.
- Pharmaca offers extensive on-site product and protocol training, allowing you to learn more about integrative health from a multi-pronged approach

- You and members of your immediate family receive a 25% discount on retail merchandise from Pharmaca.

- After your first year, you can be reimbursed up to $200 for wellness services, including co-pays, massages, ski passes or gym memberships.
