Cynthia Sewak, Pharm.D., Pharmacy Manager
Cynthia is a California native and received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California. Since her teen years she has been employed in a variety of pharmaceutical settings and now has 33 years of pharmacy experience. She has fulfilled her dream of owning and operating a holistic pharmacy, and here at Pharmaca she is continuing her passion for integrative medicine, treating customers like family and offering personalized assistance in meeting customers' wellness goals. For her own personal and professional growth, she would like to practice Ayurvedic medicine in the future!

Jude J., Nutrition Educator
Jude is a holistic nutrition educator and a graduate of Bauman College. For the past decade her focus has been working with new mothers and their infants as a lactation and post-partum counselor, and is now training to be a Doula. Jude holds a Master's Degree in International Policy Studies: Women's and Children's Health and Rights from Monterey Institute of International Studies. She is fluent in French and Spanish and lived overseas for many years.

Mariana F., Certified Nutritional Consultant
Having grown up around her family’s restaurant in Massachusetts, Mariana has always had a passion for food and loves to incorporate great flavor on the path to optimal health. She graduated from Bauman College in Capitola, specializing in traumatic injury and surgery recovery. In her more than 15 years of experience in the supplement and beauty industries, Mariana has operated everywhere from the sales floor to store and product design. Her eclectic background includes practicing aromatherapy, herbalism, public speaking, art and theater. Mariana enjoys cooking, crafting, gardening and spending time with her husband and son.

Julie T., ND, LAc, CNS, Herbalist, FIFHI 
Julie is motivated by a passion for incorporating holistic wellbeing into Western medicine. She strives to marry both her Asian roots and Western cultural influences through the study of naturopathic medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Julie is a California Board Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist and Nationally Certified Acupuncturist. She is also a Certified Nutrition Specialist and a Chi Nei Tsang Practitioner. An avid researcher and clinician, Julie enjoys writing articles and keeping patients abreast of new treatment methods. When not researching or seeing patients she enjoys relaxing, music, and spending time with her husband.

Leticia D., Esthetician, Store Manager
Leticia has a decade of experience in the health and beauty industry, and has practiced esthetics in both a therapeutic and medical environment since 2006.

Marla C., Esthetician, Makeup Artist
Marla is a graduate of San Jose City College, Academy of Cosmetic Arts, Makeup Institute of Los Angeles and Krylon International Makeup School. Her specialty is makeup artistry, including work in film, television, photography, bridal, paramedical camouflage, special effects and fashion makeup. Marla is certified in microdermabrasion and clinical skin peeling. Marla loves to help clients bring out their own natural beauty using makeup application techniques and personal wellness education. One of her personal goals is to complete her training as a hair stylist. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, live music, dancing, learning different languages and experiencing different cultures.
