Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy Hosts Healthy Heart Day
Events to take place from Feb. 8 to 14
BOULDER, Colo. (Jan. 26, 2007) – Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy, the first and leading chain of integrative pharmacies in the U.S., hosts Healthy Heart Day. Sponsored by Nordic Naturals, Pharmaca’s Healthy Heart Day will teach customers how wellness options and education can help maintain a healthy heart. Featured activities include health screenings, consultations, product samples and more. During the event, Pharmaca will offer customers $10 off a purchase of $50 or more, and the first 100 customers will receive goodie bags packed full of wonderful product samples and information.
According to the American Heart Association, heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases remain the No. 1 cause of death in the United States, despite recent advances. High blood pressure and high cholesterol are two major risk factors that contribute to cardiovascular disease.
