Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy Hires Real Estate Director
Craig Greenlaw joins team to support company expansion

BOULDER, COLO. (April 3, 2006) - Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy, Inc. has strengthened its leadership team in preparation for corporate growth by hiring Craig Greenlaw as Director of Real Estate/Acquisitions. This is a new position for the company.

As the Real Estate Director, Mr. Greenlaw will manage real estate development, acquisition and strategy for Pharmaca's aggressive expansion plans. Mr. Greenlaw has more than 20 years experience in commercial real estate brokerage/development and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado.

Prior to joining Pharmaca, Mr. Greenlaw specialized in development projects for retail and restaurant concepts as a principle in Preferred Development Partners. Mr. Greenlaw also spent a combined ten years with the Panda Restaurant Group and Hollywood Entertainment where he was responsible for their strategic planning, market penetration and construction.
